Karimeen Fry

Ingredients:

1. Karimmen (Pearl spot fish) - 4 nos
2. Dry chillies - 8nos
3. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tea spoon
4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon
5. Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon
6. Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon
7. Small onion - 5 nos
8. Curry leaves - 1 sprig
9. Salt - As reqd
10. Coconut oil
11. Tomato - 1 no
12. Big onion - 2 nos


Preperation:

Make a smooth paste of ingredients listed 2-9. Slits the fish on either side. Marinate the fish in the paste and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.
Shallow fry the fish on both sides. Garnish with sliced onion, tomato and curry leaves.
Karimeen fry is ready to serve ....
